- Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

- Payments must be made through our approved payment methods. We do not store credit/debit card details.
5. Product & Service Details
- Handcrafted Nature: Each floral gift is handmade, so slight variations in colour, arrangement, or size may occur.
- Car Boot Decoration: Customers must provide accurate vehicle access details and ensure the car is available at the agreed time and location.
- Engraved Photo Frames: Ensure all spelling, dates, and images provided are correct; we are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied content.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Set-Up
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
- For car boot decorations, we will coordinate set-up timing; delays caused by inaccurate information or late arrival may incur extra charges.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of customized and perishable items, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once products or services are confirmed, except for:
- Defective or damaged items on arrival (report within 12 hours with photos).
- Service errors proven to be our responsibility.

8. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
- Ensure someone is available to receive deliveries.
