Service Area
Our Surprise Car Boot Delivery Service is available only within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Deliveries outside these areas are not supported at this time.

Weather Conditions
Please note that this service is subject to weather conditions. In the event of heavy rain, strong wind, or extreme weather, we may need to:

Adjust or simplify the decoration for safety and quality reasons, or
Reschedule the delivery to a later time or date (based on mutual agreement).
Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.

Parking Requirement
For the best decoration setup and to protect all items from wind or rain, we highly recommend indoor or sheltered parking (e.g., basement or covered car park).
If the location is outdoor, please note that strong wind may affect the decoration and overall appearance, and Floreve 花拾光 will not be responsible for any resulting imperfections.

Decoration & Setup
All car boot decorations are arranged by our team according to the chosen package theme. Minor variations may occur depending on availability of materials and environmental factors.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
Any rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a service fee, as materials and preparations are already arranged.
